Moving is stressful so I would like to share a few helpful tips. I suggest getting at least 2 to 3 estimates in writing from different moving companies. Always verify the moving company’s credentials. You can visit www.fmcsa.dot.gov to see if moving company is a legal moving company. When scheduling your move, preferably try to schedule the move a couple of days before the date you need to be out of your home. This will give you plenty of time to clean your home once your home is clear of all furniture. Also if it rains or is a bad weather day on your scheduled move date, you will still have time to move out before the date you must out of your present home. On moving day, if you know you will have neighbors stopping by to wish you well be sure you have a designated area out-of-the-way of the moving crew for you and your neighbors to visit. I will be sharing some more helpful tips in the future!

I will then research the current market and set up a time to show you properties that compare to your check list. I will also email you any new homes that have been listed in between our showing appointments to see if you would like to view them. Selling? Marketing strategy and pricing is the key to selling your home. Let me provide you with a marketing strategy for selling your home and a free Comparative Market Analysis.
